Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for defective products or if there is a major issue with the theme that cannot be resolved through support.

5. Mentorship and Agency Services

Mentorship and agency services, such as Shopify store setup, design, and marketing, are provided in accordance with a separate agreement between you and Unityze. Please refer to the applicable service agreement for specific terms and conditions.
